Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the trip — nothing to pay in advance.
Nile cruises and tour packages
Cancellation terms for Nile cruises and tour packages depend on the hotels and cruise ships booked, so we send them with your offer before you confirm.
How to cancel
To cancel or change, message us on WhatsApp (+20 100 735 5673) or email info@hurghadatransfer.com with your booking reference.
Payment
Bookings are paid in cash on the day of the service. Nothing is charged online when you book.

Who we are

Bookings
Your booking is confirmed when we confirm it to you on WhatsApp. Please check names, dates, flight numbers and hotel before booking.
Prices
Transfer prices are per vehicle. Excursion, cruise and package prices are per person unless stated otherwise.
Currency
Prices are in EUR. Other currencies are shown for guidance at the current exchange rate. You pay the driver in EUR, USD or EGP.
Waiting time, delays and no-shows
For airport arrivals your driver follows your flight and waits up to 90 minutes after landing at no extra cost. For hotel pickups, please be in the lobby on time. If you do not come and we cannot reach you, the driver may leave and the booking is cancelled.
Luggage and child seats
Tell us in the booking notes about large luggage (diving or golf bags, strollers) and if you need child seats, so we send the right vehicle.
Your responsibilities
Be ready at the pickup time and place, and tell us about changes as early as possible.
Liability
We carry out every transfer and excursion with care, with licensed drivers and guides. Boats, activities and sights are run by their operators under their own rules. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, flight changes or the authorities, or for belongings left in vehicles.

If something is not right, tell us straight away on WhatsApp (+20 100 735 5673) or by email (info@hurghadatransfer.com), so we can fix it on the spot.

What we collect
Your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, flight details, hotel and any notes you add to a booking.
Why we collect it
Only to provide your transfer or tour: to arrange the booking and contact you about it.
Payments
We do not take card payments on the website. You pay in cash on the day of your service.
Who we share it with
Your driver or guide gets only what they need to pick you up. We do not sell your data.
Service providers
Our website hosting, email and WhatsApp providers process your data only so that these services work.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for your booking and for our accounting, then we delete it.
Cookies
We count visits without cookies. Only if you accept cookies do we use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure our ads. Your choice is stored in your browser.
