We recommend booking at least 24 hours before your arrival, especially for minibuses and large groups. For last-minute requests, contact us on WhatsApp at +201007355673 and we will do our best to help.

Please let us know as soon as possible by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail (info@hurghadatransfer.com) and give us your booking reference and new arrival time. When you add your flight number to your booking, we can follow your arrival.

Your driver will meet you holding a nameplate with the first and last name you gave when booking. For airport transfers, the driver waits at the arrivals exit, after passport control and baggage claim. For hotel pickups, the driver waits in the hotel lobby.

The price depends on your destination and the vehicle you choose, from sedans to minibuses and buses. The price is per vehicle, not per person. To see the exact price, enter your pickup point and destination on our Airport Transfer page.

If you arrive earlier than planned, your driver may not be at the meeting point yet. Please wait at the meeting point shown in your booking confirmation, or contact us by phone or WhatsApp so we can speed up the pickup.
